This newly created course at the State University is a response to the increasing problems in Poland and the world related to the state and sense of public safety. Both the profile and the study program have been designed in such a way as to maximize the ability of students to acquire competences of practical value.
This is to be achieved, in particular, by the selection of subjects, the vast majority of which is of a practical nature and touches upon issues that are important from the point of view of state security. These include, among others, matters of internal and external security and the system of security-oriented institutions, the issues of forensic and intelligence tactics and techniques, as well as broadly treated issues from various areas of law.

MAGDA - STUDENT OF CRIMINAL STUDIES
The Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła is a perfect place to develop your passions and interests. If you are stubbornly reading detective stories and skipping the new episode of "Sherlock" is unacceptable for you, studies in the field of forensics with criminology will be a dream come true. Personally, I took up education in this field in order to develop my professional qualifications and gain knowledge in the field of negotiations conducted in broadly understood security institutions. This is because these studies are not focused only on technical aspects, such as collecting, securing and analyzing forensic traces, but also on the psychological conditioning of the actions of perpetrators of crimes. Knowledge in this field is provided by top-class lecturers who have gained vast experience and knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in local Police units. Don't wait - act!
